Mae Sa Water Falls



Mae Sa Water Falls, situated about 60km from the city centre of Chiang Mai. Trails take you to several waterfalls. Highest waterfall is about 280 metres high.
Area is very popular destination of Thai people, especially weekends, better to visit from Monday to Thursday if you want to avoid rush. Fee for Thai is 40 THB and for foreigner 200 THB.

Sankampaeng Hot Springs is a popular recreation area very near to Chiang Mai, 34 kilometers from downtown Chiang Mai.


Near the springs are rest homes, tents, camping and the hot spring water for soaking tubs.

Huay Tueng Tao Lake

buddha Huay Tueng Tao is the beautiful lake and public park a few kilometers north of Chiang Mai City. The development of the area was inspired by His Majesty the King following his visit to Chiang Mai in 1980.lakerav Lake is is a manmade reservoir. The road circling the lake, is about three kilometers long. If you like, bring your own food but there are several nice restaurants where you can eat at very reasonable price.

Area is open daily from 10.00 to 18.00. The admission fee is Baht 20.
